I am a violinist and educator with an international performance background and a particular focus on advanced string pedagogy and chamber music.

I have performed as a soloist and orchestral musician across Australia, the United States, and Europe, and have worked with ensembles including the Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra, the Australian Haydn Ensemble, the Boston Opera and Ballet orchestras, and the National Symphony Orchestra in Sweden.

I hold Master’s degrees in modern and baroque violin performance from Northwestern University and Boston University, and studied with Charles Castleman at the Eastman School of Music.

Most recently, I served as Acting Director of Strings at Barker College, where I led a comprehensive program and developed chamber music as a central part of student learning.

Alongside my teaching, I remain an active performer and have collaborated with leading musicians including Andrew Haveron (Concertmaster, Sydney Symphony Orchestra) and Simon Cobcroft (Associate Principal Cello, Sydney Symphony Orchestra).

My teaching is centred on developing thoughtful, independent musicians—students who not only play well, but understand, communicate, and lead within their music-making.
