Bonnie-Rose Gibson

I’m a passionate cellist (Grade 5-6 equivalent) with over 10 years of playing experience and a strong interest in music performance, composition and collaboration.
Throughout my musical journey, I’ve explored a range of musical styles, studied music theory and composition, and performed as part of ensembles and orchestras.
I’ve also composed original music for a quintet that performed at the Melbourne Recital Centre. I enjoy working with other musicians and sharing my love of music with others.
As a tutor, I aim to create a welcoming and encouraging learning environment where students can develop their technique and musical understanding.
I welcome beginner and intermediate students and strive to tailor lessons to each students’ interests, goals and pace of learning!
