Learn a high brass instrument with Ridhe Lawson; a cornetist with over a decade of experience playing in brass bands and commmunity orchestras and privately teaching. She provides tailored lessons focusing on each students' own musical goals.
Lessons are differentiated for each student, ensuring each student is able to learn at a comfortable pace and continually grow as a musician.
Lessons include:
Aural skills - recognising scale patterns, intervals and chords.
Instrumental skills - Learning technique and improvisation on the flute.
Music Theory - Learn how to read sheet music. Learn about the aspects of music and how to apply this to your instrument.
Composition - Writing what you hear in your imagination.
HSC music tuition is also available in line with the NSW Syllabus for performance, music theory, aural skills and composition.
