Dr. Emma Mak is a UK and Australia registered Music Therapist. She is a Special Education Teacher before becoming a Music Therapist. In addition to serving clients with developmental needs, Dr. Emma is also passionate about dementia care and stroke rehabilitation. Her doctoral thesis incorporated music therapy concepts into pastoral care for people living with dementia. Dr. Mak also served as a Clinical Supervisor for the University of Melbourne Music Therapy Programme and lecturers/ visiting lecturers at different universities and seminaries.
