Ewelina Korzeniewska

I'm Ewelina Korzeniewska, a classically trained pianist and dedicated teacher based in West End, Brisbane. I hold a Master of Arts in Classical Piano Performance (First Class Honours) from the Academy of Music in Poznan, Poland — one of Europe's oldest and most respected conservatories — with distinctions in Piano, Theory, Harmony and History of Music.

For more than twenty years I have taught piano and music theory to students of every age and ability in Poland, Qatar, the Netherlands and Australia. I prepare AMEB exam candidates and guide students through graded examinations with clear, structured progress, balancing solid technical foundations with repertoire each student genuinely enjoys.

My playing has taken me from European concert platforms to residencies at the Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton and Marriott hotels in Qatar. I have also worked extensively as a ballet accompanist with the West Australian Ballet Company and WAAPA, and I accompany students on other instruments for exams and performances.

I welcome beginners from age six, AMEB exam candidates, and adult students picking up the piano for the first time or returning after years away. I speak Polish (native), English (fluent) and Dutch (intermediate).

Lessons take place at my quiet home studio on Dornoch Terrace, West End. I hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

Lesson fees: $50 / 30 min, $70 / 45 min, $85 / 60 min

(10-lesson term: $500 / $700 / $850).
