Georgia Shine is an Alexander Technique (AT) teacher located in Deep Bay. She teaches from the Barstow lineage which has an emphasis on real world application and integration.

Georgia runs workshops on improvised movement and sound, and has a particular ability to evoke a sense of wonder and ease in the learning process for her students. She is currently offering 1:1 Alexander Technique lessons, as well as small group classes.
