Trombone Lessons

Experience:
I have studied music through various institutions for the last 15 years. I have completed a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Music Studies and Urban Planning) at the University of Western Australia and recently completed a Masters degree at Curtin University. I currently play the Trombone with a variety of bands throughout Perth, most notably the Perth Thundercorps Marching Band and Junkadelic Brass Band.

I have taught Trombone both privately and to school students previously at Peter Moyes Anglican School and St James' Anglican School. I have significant experience and capacity to teach Trombone from beginner to intermediate standard.

Teaching Locations:
Trumpet and Trombone Lessons are held at my home studio in Joondanna.

I am also willing to travel around the Western, Central & Inner Northern Suburbs (within a 5km radius of my home studio) for lessons.

Hours/Availability:
Whilst I am employed part time and teach at schools during the weekdays, my hours are reasonably flexible. I am available to be contacted via email or mobile to discuss lesson times. I offer 30min, 40min, 45min and 60min lessons.

Prices:
My fees are reasonable, and available on request.

Other:
I also offer the capacity to teach online 1:1 lessons via Zoom and Google Meet should you live outside of my designated teaching area/s.

Nov 2025 UPDATES:

• Please note that I no longer travel for lessons and now teach exclusively from my home studio in Joondanna.
