Trombone Lessons

I have over 40 years experience playing trombone, my tutors having been Alwyn Teasdale, Jim Pugh, Irv Wagner and Scott Flynn. I have played with The Hills Big Band, The Oz Big Band, City of Perth Brass Band, Perth Hills Symphony Orchestra and currently with Dr Soul (covering mainly Tina Turner & The Commitments). For all levels I couple practical trombone playing and technique with music theory as in reading music.
The trombone is a fun instrument and extremely versatile.
The aim is to develop a smooth tone with a feel for the groove (or precision in classical genres) eventually to be able to play anything you can sing.
The trombone is the closest instrument to the human voice and appeals to more people than you (or they!) might imagine.
