Violin Lessons

Hi! My name is Lara and I am in my final semester of a Bachelor of Music (for violin performance) at the University of Western Australia. I have been playing violin for 12 years and I understand the enjoyment and fulfilment you can feel from learning the violin.

I have performed in the Western Australian Youth Orchestra, the UWA Symphony Orchestra (including in side-by-side concerts with the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra) and have done many gigs with my string quartet. I have also performed in the University of British Colombia's symphony orchestra and other ensembles while on exchange in Vancouver in 2024.

Whether you want to learn violin for fun, for discipline, or whatever your reason is, I strive to organise lessons to fit your specific desires. I believe it is important to be flexible as a teacher to allow students to get what they want out of lessons.

Lessons are conducted at either my house in Leeming or Parkwood, or I can drive to you if you live in an area local to these suburbs.
