String Studio - Violin and Viola Lessons

Are you sick of your child missing class to learn music at school?

Let your child focus on their schoolwork at school, and give yourself some me time by dropping them to a violin or viola lesson after school with me at Mudjimba while you grab a coffee and treat at the Sunrise Bakery, enjoy views of Old Woman Island from the beach altar, take a walk on the beach, do a child-fee shop at Coles Pac Paradise, and/or pick up some delicious take away to take home for dinner! You can enjoy all of this while your child receives expert violin or viola tuition in a dedicated music studio with no interruptions or worrying about remembering a rotating lesson time at school or having to catch up on missed lessons in class.

I teach students of all ages and abilities and can prepare you for AMEB exams, SCYO auditions, Eisteddfod solos, work on your school ensemble music, prepare you for concerts, and have a great time doing it!

Louisa is the Coordinator of Orchestra and String Studies at Matthew Flinders Anglican College in Buderim and has 28 years experience teaching in private schools in NSW, WA and QLD. She was an examiner for AMEB in WA and currently tutors violin and viola at Sunshine Coast Youth Orchestra. She is an avid performer and has performed Viola in the Willoughby Symphony, Adelaide Symphony and has performed/recorded as a soloist with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Strathfield Symphony Orchestra, Balmain Symphony Orchestra, SBS Youth Orchestra, Ku-ring-gai Philharmonic and University of Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
