Piano Lessons

Hi, Im Marcus! I am a university student with a strong passion for music and piano teaching. I offer lessons for beginner to intermediate piano students who are looking to build a solid foundation, improve their skills, or prepare for exams and performances.

I hold an AMEB AMUS diploma and was a past music scholar at Scotch College. Through my musical journey I have gained valuable experience performing in piano competitions, preparing for scholarship auditions, and completing AMEB examinations. This has helped me develop a strong understanding of technique, musical expression, performance preparation, and effective practice strategies.

My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual goals and learning style. I aim to create an encouraging environment where students can build confidence, enjoy the learning process, and make consistent progress. Whether the goal is to learn piano for enjoyment or to work towards exams and performances, I am committed to helping students grow both technically and musically.
