Piano Lessons

Marta is passionate about music and about teaching participants in her program to enjoy and appreciate music. She has taught at the ANU's School of Music and has almost 40 years experience in both early childhood music education and adult instruction.

Marta was trained at the Zoltan Kodaly School of Music and Teachers Training College, Hungary where she became an accomplished musician and music educator. The Kodaly approach to music education which Marta uses to impart music skills to participants has a global appeal. It is widely acclaimed for its wholistic approach in developing musical abilities.

Marta's warm and caring approach will win over her students of any age, even if they've never learnt music before. The "PLAY THE PIANO TO ENJOY" Music Program for Adult Beginners and Children, from the age of 12, is open to all people who would love to learn to read music and to play the piano for their enjoyment without the pressure of concert performances and exams.
