Trumpet Lessons

I offer trumpet lessons for students of all ages and ability levels, from complete beginners through to highly advanced players.

With extensive experience as a professional trumpet player and educator, I teach a wide range of styles including jazz, contemporary, brass band, orchestral and school repertoire. I specialise in classical trumpet, specifically orchestral and wind ensemble playing. Lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether learning for enjoyment, developing technique, preparing for performances, or pursuing formal qualifications.

I provide expert preparation for AMEB examinations (Grades 1-8 and diploma-level studies where appropriate), as well as VCE Music performance assessments. My students have consistently achieved excellent examination and performance results.

Lessons are available:
• At my home in Hawthorn (street parking available)
• At the student's home (travel fee negotiable)
