Melinda Coles

I'm Melinda Coles, a violin teacher and performer with over 35 years of experience in classical and Celtic music. Through the Melinda Coles Violin Academy, I teach online violin lessons for adult beginners and returning players – calm, step-by-step lessons you can follow from home, at your own pace.

I'm the founder and Musical Director of the Moreton Celtic Fiddle Club and a member of Australian Celtic Women, and I've performed with orchestras, chamber groups, string quartets and bush bands, and as a soloist.

My approach is simple: confidence before perfection, and clarity before complexity. It's never too late to learn.
