Trombone lessons with Sydney Conservatorium trained professional musician

I am a Trombone player with a professional background playing all styles of music - classical, jazz, Latin, contemporary, concert band, big band, orchestra.

I also teach brass instruments, perform in concerts and direct a range of ensembles at the Riverina Conservatorium of Music. Thirty-five years of teaching includes employment at the Australian Institute of Music (Sydney), WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), and throughout metropolitan and regional public / private primary and secondary school music programmes.

My private brass instrument studio is being developed in the Riverina and Snowy region for Trombone, Trumpet, Euphonium, French Horn and Tuba students - offering individual and share group lessons.

I focus on solid playing foundations, instrument techniques and how to develop your own amazing sound. If you follow my instructions and do the practice, you will most likely move along at a steady pace!
I also enjoy balancing traditional music learning with the development of creativity and improvisation - ensuring students are experienced and equipped to play a broad range of music styles.
