Sally Wong

I am a passionate and dedicated pianist with 7 years of piano teaching experience. I hold both a Bachelor of Music (Honours) and a Master of Music, majoring in Piano Performance, from the University of Queensland.
I am also currently completing a Master of Teaching (Secondary) at Queensland University of Technology.

In my lessons, I aim to create a fun, supportive and engaging learning environment. I have experience teaching students across a wide range of ages, abilities and musical goals, including complete beginners, intermediate learners, advanced students preparing for AMEB or ABRSM examinations, and adults learning piano for enjoyment.

I adapt my teaching approach and activities to suit each student’s learning needs, interests and goals, helping them build strong musical foundations while developing confidence and enjoyment in their playing.

I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and can teach lessons in any of these languages.

Lessons are held at my home studio in Holland Park. I may also be able to travel to students’ homes, although an additional travel fee may apply depending on the location and travel distance.
