Violin Lessons

Initially from London, UK, studying music/fine art, I now reside in Melbourne, Australia. I teach private lessons at the pupils' house, though am also flexible if you want to come to mine. Pricing mostly includes travel expenses (to be discussed - depending on how far travel will be).

I graduated a couple of years ago from the music postgraduate course at the Victorian College of the Arts. I now spend most of my time performing with various folk/blues singer/songwriters across Australia and overseas.

I'm currently setting-up a new project of work, so available to work on improv and anything specific you might want to do.
I work with a variety of composers, artists and musicians, looking at both classical but also with a focus on new music.

I'm able to teach the violin to younger pupils who have never played before, with a fresh and exciting approach. Though I'm also able to work on more advanced works - looking at folk/blues music, and more improvised and advanced pieces, with older pupils. This depends on your age and what you'd want.

I also play electric violin, working with various effects pedals, so am able to look at this also.
