Professional violin lessons by Xavier

Whether you're working towards an AMEB exam, a competition, or just learning for fun, you're in good hands. I have extensive experience teaching students of all ages.

Students will have the opportunity to perform together in a studio class every few weeks. This gives a sense of achievement and motivation as learning by doing is the easiest way to improve!

My name is Xavier and I am studying a Bachelor of Music Performance and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Statistics) at the University of Sydney. I have AMEB AMusA and LMusA diplomas. I have performed with the Melbourne String Ensemble (soloist, concertmaster) and with the Australian Youth Orchestra. I've won several solo/chamber music competitions on violin and viola.

I can teach you if you are doing competitions, exams, or just learning for fun! I am experienced at teaching groups and individuals of all ages. During our lessons I am focused and supportive so that you can achieve your goals.
