Drums, Production and Ableton Live lessons

Hi, I’m Jackie — a drum teacher, performing musician, and social worker based in Melbourne. I play regularly around the city and love sharing my passion for rhythm, creativity, and self-expression through drumming, synthesis and music production.

I teach both acoustic and electronic drums, with a special focus on electronic/ hybrid drumming styles and creating music with Ableton Live, Reaper and Ipad applications. My lessons are centered on exploration and fun — whether you’re building confidence, improving technique, or learning to create your own sounds.

I’m passionate about improvisation and using music as a way to connect with others. I’m also especially interested in supporting students through performance anxiety and helping them find confidence in themselves and their music and art.
