Drum lessons

I love focussing on listening and play as ways to begin exploring the drum kit, and teaching technique and reading music notation as a way to support that process. Learning to play whilst being relaxed, in flow and with ears wide open.

Great for kids!

Drums were my first instrument before I shifted my focus to saxophone and composition at university. I still play them in rock contexts in the bands Nika Mo (indie folk/experimental pop) and residues (post-rock).

Get in touch if you'd like to chat about lessons. I have a great space for teaching in.
